Eligibility and authority
QPSCheck is a business-to-business software service for authorized organizations, casinos, and approved staff users. You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old, are legally able to enter into these terms, and have authority to act for yourself or the organization you represent.
If you are using QPSCheck on behalf of an employer, customer, or affiliate, that organization is responsible for your access, instructions, and internal operating policies. You must stop using the service if your authority ends.
Accounts, access, and invitations
Access to protected areas of QPSCheck requires an approved account, successful authentication, and server-authorized organization or casino scope. A Google sign-in alone does not create tenant access.
Invitation, role, and scope controls are part of the security model. You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass invitation acceptance, scrape protected pages, automate unauthorized collection, or attempt to access data outside your assigned scope.
Acceptable use
- Use QPSCheck only for lawful business operations, player tracking, reporting, workflow, and administrative functions approved by your organization.
- Do not upload malicious code, unsafe files, deceptive content, or data you do not have the right to process.
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, overload, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent platform security, tenancy boundaries, rate controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not use the platform to violate gaming rules, privacy obligations, employment rules, contractual obligations, or any applicable law.
Customer data and operational responsibility
Organizations and their authorized users remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of the player, session, financial, media, notes, and staff information they enter into QPSCheck.
QPSCheck may log access requests, data changes, approvals, exports, notifications, media actions, and administrative operations for security, audit, product-support, and compliance purposes. You are responsible for obtaining any required internal approvals, notices, or permissions before submitting personal information or media into the service.
Privacy and sensitive-data restrictions
Certain data categories in QPSCheck are restricted by design, including encrypted private identity details, internal security notes, sensitive financial or loyalty narrative details, invitation target email, and protected media metadata.
Demographic or behavior-adjacent player fields may be stored only for authorized historical and operational context. They are not approved in this beta program for automated scoring, recommendations, eligibility decisions, or customer-treatment differences unless a later explicit legal and owner approval is documented.
Privacy, security, and service providers
QPSCheck uses layered administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data, including server-side authorization, session controls, audit records, scoped media workflows, and environment separation. No security program can guarantee complete prevention of every threat, outage, or misuse event.
We may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communication, storage, or support providers to operate the service. Current provider categories include Google / Firebase / Google Cloud services for hosting, authentication, storage, security, and operational logging; Google Analytics when analytics cookies are accepted; and Google Workspace or Gmail-based delivery for invitation communications. Those providers act under our instructions or their own terms depending on the feature involved.
Retention, holds, and offboarding
QPSCheck follows an archive-first posture for routine business records and does not rely on broad self-service hard-delete behavior for protected operational history. Export artifacts expire automatically, audit history remains retained for security and compliance review, and accepted media is immutable except for the approved emergency-purge cases described in our policies.
When a customer relationship ends, the default offboarding path is customer export plus a bounded archive window for tenant-owned operational records before disposal review, subject to legal hold, audit, fraud, security, or other documented legal obligations. Active legal holds pause deletion, purge, disposal, and offboarding-destruction steps for affected records until release is approved and audited.
Beta service notice
QPSCheck is currently offered in beta. Features, interfaces, workflows, reports, and integrations may evolve, be added, be removed, or behave differently as the service matures.
Beta features may contain defects, incomplete functionality, or availability limitations. You should not rely on beta functionality as your sole recordkeeping or incident-response system without your own operational safeguards.
Intellectual property and feedback
QPSCheck, its software, visual design, documentation, and branding remain the property of QPSCheck or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an approved subscription, trial, or beta access period.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas, you allow QPSCheck to use them without obligation or restriction, provided that doing so does not give us ownership of your confidential business records or protected tenant data.
Suspension, termination, and records
QPSCheck may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, organizations, data, infrastructure, legal compliance posture, or security operations.
Organizations may also remove or narrow a user's access at any time. Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations that logically continue afterward, including security, confidentiality, payment, acceptable-use, and dispute-related terms.
Disclaimers and liability limits
Except to the extent prohibited by law or superseded by a written customer agreement, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPSCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service during the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fee was paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
